I have 20 years’ experience working within a variety of organisations in Learning & Development, Leadership, Team, and Cultural development. I design and deliver effective people development and transformation initiatives that are aligned to your values and strategy.

With my experience working within HR teams of all sizes, I will jump in and help you create a data led strategy designed to deliver a stronger culture that is performance and wellbeing orientated.
