In addition, I’ve studied Buddhism, Reiki and learnt how to proactively use my intuition.

I have always prioritised self-development, knowing it benefits both myself and others.

My continuous learning journey involves reading, listening to podcasts, and engaging in meaningful conversations. I have also developed through formal learning such as:

  • Now with lived experience, I successfully use Coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy, plus other useful approaches with individuals.

I believe many individuals are on their own journey toward self-acceptance, belief and confidence, as I have been.

To address personal challenges from childhood, I explored Clinical Hypnotherapy, Coaching, and other interventions that all helped to facilitate my own transformation.

  • Sessions are online or at my clinic in Essex.

Everyone is unique. I use an integrative approach when working one-on-one with individuals. This means you'll receive a customised session or program tailored to support the specific changes you wish to experience.

Whether it's achieving an ambitious goal, enhancing your wellbeing, or nurturing

spiritual growth, I'll incorporate tools and techniques from my extensive background
    to help you.

  • After a failed attempt in 2020, I finally stopped on the 1st of January 2021. Two years later, with a passion for sobriety and its many benefits, I trained as a Sober Coach.

Imagine a scale of drinking. At one end is alcohol dependent, and at the other is someone who chooses not to drink. I used to sit in the middle. Binge drinking at weekends and drinking socially with a meal during the week.

In my early 40’s, I felt my relationship with alcohol needed to change. I could no longer ignore feeling trapped in a pattern of drinking that wasn’t in alignment with how I truly wanted to live my life, or my values.

  • Right now, I am increasingly drawn to topics surrounding Manifestation and the quantum field. I follow Gabby Bernstein, Joe Dispenza, and 'coachwithsteff' on Instragam, who provide fantastic tools and perspectives that for me, when I apply them, keep working.

I really value and enjoy my wellbeing - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, all of which takes up my spare time.

Wellbeing activities that spark my joy include: taking the time to exercise, Park Run, getting into nature, cooking tasty meals, comedy, films, travelling, journaling, reading,  meditating, watching compelling shows on Netflix etc, spending time with great friends and hanging out with my friends' dogs.

  • I have recently relocated to Essex and am in the process of establishing my heart-centred business, with the goal of inspiring positive change in others.

What my clients say

From the beginning, Lou understood our desired outcomes and collaborated with us to design an event that was creative and suited our culture. She was an excellent facilitator on the day, allowing time for necessary conversations, managing the agenda, and maintaining energy levels. We had a fantastic day and I am deeply grateful to Lou for managing the event, which allowed our leadership team to fully participate and connect with everyone.
